HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT


You can delete your account at any time directly in the app.


1. Open ImpactChain

2. Go to Settings

3. Tap Manage Account

4. Tap Delete Account

5. Confirm deletion


You can also request deletion by emailing support@impactchainco.com.


Accounts are permanently deleted within 7-30 days of your request. Completed donations are not reversed when an account is deleted. If you need donation records before deleting, contact us first.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


How do donations work?


Donations go directly to verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations through ImpactChain. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ImpactChain does not store your payment card information.


What payment methods are accepted?


ImpactChain accepts Apple Pay and credit/debit cards through Stripe.


Are the charities on ImpactChain verified?


Yes. All organizations on ImpactChain are verified 501(c)(3) nonprofits. ImpactChain reviews IRS 990 filings and confirms nonprofit registration before approving any organization to appear on the platform.


Will I receive a receipt for my donation?


Yes. A donation confirmation is sent to your email address after each completed transaction.


How do I cancel a recurring donation?


Go to your Profile, tap Recurring Donations, select the donation you want to cancel, and tap Cancel. You can also email support@impactchainco.com for assistance.


How do I report a video or post?


Tap the report icon on any post in the feed, select a reason, and submit. All reports are reviewed by the ImpactChain team.


Can I submit a video for a charity?


Yes. Tap the + tab in the app, select a charity and project, record or upload a video, and submit it for review. The charity will approve or reject your submission before it goes live.


Why is my submitted video not showing yet?


Donor-submitted videos must be approved by the receiving charity before they appear on the platform. You can see the status of your submissions under Profile > My Videos.


How do I contact a charity directly?


Use the Chat feature in the app to send a message to any charity you follow.


Who do I contact if I have a problem with a donation?


Email support@impactchainco.com with your name, the charity name, the donation amount, and the date of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 1 business day.
